Website & Systems Clarity Audit
1. What's Included
The Website & Systems Clarity Audit includes a 1:1 session (booked via the link provided after purchase) and a review of the website, tools, and systems information you provide via the intake form. Recommendations are based solely on the information you share and what's publicly accessible on your site at the time of the audit.
2. Intake Form & Preparation
To get the most value from your session, please complete the intake form at least 48 hours before your scheduled call. If the form is not completed by then, the session will still go ahead as scheduled, but preparation — and therefore the depth of recommendations — may be less tailored to your specific setup.
3. Scheduling & Rescheduling
Sessions may be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance via the booking link. Missed sessions without notice are not eligible for a refund or makeup session, except in cases of genuine emergency, at our discretion.
4. Refunds
No refunds due to the personalised and time-limited nature of this service; all sales are final once the session has been booked.
5. Scope of Advice
The audit provides general recommendations to improve clarity and connectivity across your website and business systems. It does not constitute legal, financial, tax, or technical implementation services, and outcomes are not guaranteed, as they depend on factors outside our control (including how recommendations are implemented).
6. Confidentiality
Information shared via the intake form and during the session will be used solely to prepare for and deliver your audit, and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
