Ongoing Website & Systems Support
Keep your website and digital systems working as your business evolves.
Practical ongoing support for your website, SEO and digital systems so things keep working and improving while you can focus on what matters most.
Ongoing support from $175 USD / R1,750 per month
You don’t have to manage every website or digital task yourself.
Ongoing Support gives you continuity.
Instead of starting from scratch each time, you have someone who already understands your website, systems and priorities, and can help keep them moving in the right direction.
What could Ongoing Support include?
Practical support around the website and systems you already use
Your support arrangement is shaped around the kind of help your business is likely to need.
-
This might include:
text and image changes,
service or pricing updates,
testimonials,
CTA changes,
small layout refinements,
minor mobile fixes,
updates to existing sections, and
routine website housekeeping.
-
Where the existing website structure and systems can be reused, support may include:
straightforward landing pages;
opt-in pages;
thank-you pages;
smaller website sections;
campaign or event pages.
Larger pages requiring new strategy, functionality or several integrations are usually scoped separately as Implementation projects.
-
This might include:
metadata updates,
internal linking,
on-page optimisation,
checking new pages before publication,
image optimisation,
heading improvements,
routine SEO housekeeping,
addressing smaller search-visibility issues.
-
If you provide the content, I can help get it properly onto the website.
This may include:
uploading and formatting blog posts;
adding supplied images;
structuring headings;
internal linking;
metadata;
basic image optimisation;
publishing support.
Ongoing Support focuses primarily on implementation rather than ongoing content writing.
-
This may include:
updating opt-in forms;
replacing or updating existing lead magnets;
editing delivery emails;
troubleshooting email connections;
small automation refinements;
updating links or existing sequences.
-
This may include:
changing booking settings or availability;
updating forms;
confirmation-message changes;
troubleshooting connections;
smaller improvements to an existing enquiry or booking journey.
-
This may include:
minor automation changes;
troubleshooting;
refining existing integrations;
practical workflow improvements;
helping assess whether another tool is actually necessary.
-
Where useful, I can also help with:
periodic analytics checks;
spotting unusual changes;
reviewing important pages;
identifying emerging issues;
prioritising smaller improvements;
discussing whether a proposed website or systems change is worth making.

A steady second pair of eyes, not a full-time hire
Hi, I'm Ronél
Support works best as a partnership. I keep you informed about what’s been done and why, so you stay in control of your website and systems, even as they keep evolving.
My HR and organisational background means I am as interested in whether your systems are actually working for your business as I am in the technical fix itself.
INVESTMENT
Support shaped around the level of help your business needs.
Ongoing Website & Systems Support starts from:
$175 USD per month / R1,750 per month for South African clients
The exact monthly scope depends on the level and type of support you are likely to need.
Rather than selling a fixed number of requests, we agree on an appropriate level of monthly support capacity and use it for the work that matters most.
Is ongoing support a good fit for you?
Support is a good fit if:
Your website is already working and you want it to stay that way.
You’d like small, ongoing updates without having to book a new project every time something needs attention.
You’ve finished an audit, an implementation project or website build and want continued, practical support.
You want a second opinion before making changes or adding new tools.
A once-off implementation project may be a better fit if:
You have one clear, larger change to make.
You’re not sure yet whether you want ongoing help.
The work has a defined start and end date.
If you are looking for a larger change, such as a substantial new page, a significant redesign, or a new integration, that may be better suited to an Implementation project. Explore Website & Systems Implementation →
Frequently
Asked Questions
-
No, new clients are welcome.
If I haven't worked with your setup before, I'll first confirm whether it is suitable for ongoing support or whether an initial Audit or Implementation project would make more sense.
-
My website support work is primarily Squarespace-based.
Connected systems may sit elsewhere and can include email, booking, forms, payments, analytics and other relevant platforms where they fall within the agreed scope.
-
There isn't a fixed number of requests.
Support is based on an agreed level of monthly capacity because tasks vary considerably in size.
We prioritise the work that matters most within that capacity.
-
Not normally.
Your monthly support allocation reserves capacity for you during that billing period.
If agreed work is delayed because of my own availability, the relevant capacity will of course be carried forward.
-
Reasonable refinements are handled within your monthly support capacity.
If a brief changes substantially after work has been completed, the additional work will use further capacity or may be scoped separately.
If something I've implemented doesn't work as agreed, correcting it is not treated as a revision.
-
Support is billed monthly in advance. You can cancel anytime with 30 days' notice. You'll be billed for one final month covering that notice period.
-
Yes, where the page is relatively straightforward and uses your existing website styles and systems.
If it requires substantial strategy, new functionality, several integrations or significant restructuring, it will usually be better handled as an Implementation project.
-
The standard Ongoing Support service includes uploading, formatting and publishing content that you supply.
Substantial copywriting or content creation is not automatically included, though it may be scoped separately where appropriate.
-
Yes.
Your Support arrangement can continue handling routine work while a larger project is separately scoped and completed.
-
No compulsory long-term commitment is required at present.
Support is month-to-month with 30 days' written notice to cancel.
-
If you're an existing or previous client, small ad-hoc requests may sometimes be handled separately without moving onto monthly support.
If small requests start coming up regularly, Ongoing Support will usually be the simpler option.
-
No. Support covers your website and the systems connected to it.
If you'd like help thinking through your social media strategy or learning a tool like Canva, that can be scoped as a separate conversation — but ongoing posting or account management isn't part of Support.
