When I began building my coaching practice, I did what many service-based business owners do: assembled the website, email platform, booking system and payment tools one piece at a time.
Each part worked on its own, but nobody had explained how they were meant to work together. They felt like separate islands, and I had to learn how to build the bridges between them.
Eventually, I created a digital setup that reflected my positioning, supported the client journey and was manageable without relying on someone else for every change.
The question that stayed with me was simple:
Why should other professionals have to work all of this out alone?
That question became Ronél Pretorius Digital.

You receive clear training, documentation and a support period so you understand what has been done and can manage it confidently.
You work directly with me throughout.
Each project is approached with care, clear communication and proper handover, with ongoing support available where it makes sense.
Ronél devised a method of sharing a workbook on Google Drive, so we could keep track and work on the same documents. After each meeting, she sends a synopsis and a work order of what each of us will do before the next meeting. It is so organised and easy to follow — and honestly the only way I was able to stay on track.
