It's a low-commitment way to get a clear, honest picture of where things stand and what to prioritise; and it naturally points toward the right next step, whether that's a setup, a custom build, or simply working through the recommendations yourself.

The Website & Systems Clarity Audit works for any platform; Squarespace, WordPress, Wix, Showit, or custom-built. The systems review applies regardless of what your site is built on.
My project and build work, though, is Squarespace-specific. If your audit points toward a build or setup project and you're on a different platform, I'll be upfront about that and help you understand your options.

No, branding and logo design aren't included.
My focus is the strategic build: structure, systems, and a site that works as hard as you do. If you need branding done, I'm happy to recommend designers I trust, and I work well alongside them on a project handoff.

Separate. Your Squarespace subscription is billed directly to you by Squarespace, so you own the account and the relationship from day one. The investment you pay me covers the strategy, the build, the systems work, and the training — not the platform fee itself.

It depends on the service. The Website & Systems Clarity Audit is normally delivered within 5–7 business days. A Website & Systems Implementation timeline depends on scope, confirmed after a zoom call. A Custom Website Build typically takes 3–4 weeks from kickoff.

There's no obligation, no script, and no follow-up sales sequence. If it makes sense to work together, we'll talk about next steps. If it doesn't, you'll still leave with a clearer sense of direction.

Yes, every project includes written documentation, so you're not left guessing once things go live. I build to empower you, not to create dependency on me.

Yes. Most of my clients are international, English-speaking, and working across time zones — we coordinate scheduling to work for both of us. Published pricing is in USD for international clients; local South African projects are quoted individually.

I build in feedback points throughout every project, so issues get caught early rather than at the end.
If something's not right after launch, every package includes a support window specifically for that. The goal is always a result you're confident managing, not just a handoff.

A Few Practical Things
I'm based in South Africa and work with clients globally. Discovery calls and project meetings take place via Zoom. I work across time zones and will always suggest a time that works for you.
I take on a limited number of projects at a time to ensure every client receives my full attention. If my calendar shows no availability in the near term, you're welcome to join the waitlist, and I'll be in touch as soon as a space opens.
